Rotel Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1 1/2 sticks oleo
    1/2 c. onion
    1 rib celery
    1 jar sliced mushrooms
    1 chicken or 4 breasts
    1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
    1 can Ro-Tel
    12 oz. cooked spaghetti
    1 small can LeSueur peas
Preparation
    In oleo saute green pepper, onion and celery.
    Add mushrooms, drained.
    Boil chicken or chicken breasts.
    Melt cubed Velveeta and add undrained Ro-Tel.
    Combine vegetables, cheese and cooked spaghetti.
    Mix in chopped chicken and LeSueur peas.
    Mix and bake, covered 10 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Can be made ahead.
