Ingredients

2 cartons half and half
2 cans evaporated milk
4 eggs or egg substitute
2 1/4 c. sugar
4 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. chopped nuts
3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Saute nuts in butter.
Set aside to cool.
Beat eggs until frothy.
Add sugar and beat until stiff.
Add remaining ingredients (including nuts) and churn.
