German Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sliced apples (may use any type of sliced fruit)
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    Mix eggs, vanilla, oil and sugar in a separate bowl.
    Combine all ingredients together and mix well.
    Put in greased baking pan; bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
