Old South Sausage Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. melted butter
    3/4 c. minced onions
    1/2 c. minced green pepper
    1/2 c. minced celery
    10 oz. pure pork sausage
    1 chicken bouillon cube, dissolved in 2/3 c. hot water
    5 c. day old bread cubes
    5 c. day old crumbled corn bread
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Day Before:
    Saute onions, green pepper and celery in melted butter until tender.
    Remove from pan and reserve.
    In same butter, brown sausage.
    Refrigerate sauce and vegetables.
    Next day, combine all ingredients and heat.
