Lori'S Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    2 Tbsp. minced onions (dry)
    1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. ground oregano
    4 or 5 large mushrooms, sliced
    1 lb. hamburger or sausage, browned
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Combine and simmer for 2 to 3 hours.
    Cook lasagna noodles. Layer in large flat casserole.
    Spread 1 pound Ricotta or dry curd cottage cheese on top.
    Spoon sauce over.
    Layer crosswise more noodles.
    Spoon sauce over.
    Sprinkle with grated Mozzarella cheese (1 pound divided for 3 rows).
    Repeat twice more alternating directions of noodles.
    Top with Parmesan cheese over Mozzarella and sauce.
    Bake until warmed through at 350\u00b0.
