Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. chopped tomatoes, skinned
1 1/2 c. vinegar
24 oz. tomato paste
30 oz. tomato sauce
4 c. chopped sweet bell peppers
2 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. pepper
2 c. chopped onion (Vidalia sweet)
4 to 6 cloves garlic
4 to 5 hot peppers
Preparation

Bring to a boil; simmer 30 minutes.
Makes about 9 pints.
