Sauce For Fish And Poultry - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large avocado
juice from 1 lemon
pinch of ground turmeric
pinch of oregano
1 tsp. finely minced garlic

Preparation

Place pitted and peeled avocado in blender.
Add lemon, spices and garlic.
Blend until smooth.
Serve with fish or grilled chicken.
Serve immediately!
