Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large chicken breasts
1 clove garlic, minced
16 oz. tomatoes, chopped
1/4 c. green chilies
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
12 tortillas
3/4 c. sour cream
1 c. chopped onions
2 Tbsp. butter
1(8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
3 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Cut chicken into strips.
Saute onion in butter.
Combine onions with garlic and rest of ingredients except tortillas, cheese and sour cream.
Bring sauce to a boil, reduce heat and cook for 20 minutes, covered.
Remove from heat.
Dip tortillas in sauce, add chicken strips to each, then roll tortillas and place in a casserole dish.
Continue until all tortillas have been used.
Add sour cream to remaining sauce and pour over tortillas.
Sprinkle cheese over tortillas and cover with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
