Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. onion
    1/4 c. green or red pepper
    1 beaten egg white
    1/2 c. crackers
    1/2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 can whole corn
    1 can cream corn
    1 tsp. margarine
Preparation
    Cook onion and peppers in water for 2 minutes until tender. Mix remaining ingredients.
    Add pepper and onion.
    Spray casserole dish.
    Top casserole with remaining cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Serves 4.
