Yum Yum Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    1/2 c. maraschino cherries, quartered
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Chill until partially set. Fold in remaining ingredients and put in a 5-cup mold.
    Chill until set.
