Turnip Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c diced, peeled turnips
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. shredded carrot
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    In saucepan, bring 1-inch of water to a boil.
    Add turnips; cook until tender, about 20 minutes.
    Drain.
    Saute carrots and onion in oleo until tender.
    Stir in turnips, salt, pepper and parsley.
    Cook, turning frequently, to well heated, 5 to 10 minutes.
