Coconut Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 can coconut
    1/2 c. margarine
    6 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add beaten eggs, vanilla, coconut and buttermilk.
    Pour in 3 unbaked pie shells and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until set.
