Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. catsup
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Put 8 to 10 chicken breasts or pieces in a shallow baking pan.
    Pour sauce over. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Turn chicken over halfway through cooking and baste. Serve over white rice.
