Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 Serrano or jalapeno chiles, seeded and chopped
1 c. chopped red onion
1/4 c. chopped cilantro
1/4 tsp. salt
2 to 3 chopped garlic cloves
2 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 medium avocado, chopped
Preparation

Except for avocado, mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Let it stand at room temperature for about an hour.
Stir several times, then add avocado right before serving with tortilla chips.
