Jellied Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
3 c. hot chicken broth
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. diced cooked chicken
1/2 c. celery
1/4 c. green pepper
3 stuffed green olives, sliced
Preparation

Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup
cold water.\tDissolve in hot broth. Add lemon juice and
salt.
Chill until partially set. Stir in remaining ingredients;
pour
into\t5 to 12 individual molds or 5 1/2-cup ring mold.\tMold
until firm.
Unmold; pass mayonnaise.
