Hot Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck ripe tomatoes
    3 lb. onions, chopped and sauteed
    2 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. salt
    1 lb. Uncle Ben's converted rice
Preparation
    Cook tomatoes 1 1/2 hours.
    Add onions, chopped and sauteed in oil, red pepper, paprika, sugar and salt.
    Cook rice as directed; let cool 5 minutes.
    Add rice to tomato mixture and cook 20 minutes longer.
    Pack in hot jars and cold pack for 15 minutes.
