Pasta-In-A-Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, diced
    14 oz. spaghetti sauce
    1 1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 (6 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
    10 oz. shelled macaroni
Preparation
    Cook ground beef and onion until brown; drain excess grease. Add spaghetti sauce, stewed tomatoes and drained mushrooms; mix well.
    Simmer for 20 minutes.
    Cook macaroni until done; drain and rinse in cold water.
    In a large casserole dish, pour half of the macaroni shells.
    Cover shells with half of the sauce-meat mixture.
    Spread half of the sour cream over the sauce-meat mixture and top with layers of Mozzarella cheese.
    Repeat this process with the remainder of the macaroni shells, meat sauce, sour cream and Mozzarella slices.
    Place cover on casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serves 8.
