Chicken Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    flour
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 green onion, diced (or more)
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 (2-inch) wedge lettuce
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 c. white wine
    1 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Slice chicken breasts into 1-inch strips.
    Dust with flour on all sides.
    Melt margarine in skillet.
    Saute strips while adding rest of ingredients.
    Put lid on and simmer for 30 minutes.
