Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. mashed sweet potatoes
5 oz. half and half cream
1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 unbaked pie shells

Preparation

Combine all ingredients well.
Pour into shells.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until filling is firm in middle.
