Chicken Breasts With Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 large chicken breasts, skinned, boned and halved
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. tarragon
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    About 1 hour before serving, in a skillet over medium heat in hot butter, cook chicken until browned on all sides.
    Add 1/4 cup water.
    Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer about 25 minutes or until fork-tender.
    In small bowl, combine sour cream, tarragon and pepper.
    Spread chicken breasts with mixture and cook 3 to 5 minutes longer.
