Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot sausage, crumbled
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced onions
4 1/2 c. water
2 pkg. Lipton dried chicken noodle soup
dash of salt
1 c. rice
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Bring to boil; cover, reduce heat and cook 12 to 14 minutes. Drain meat mixture.
Mix all ingredients.
Put in 2-quart casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
