Potato Puff Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. seasoned mashed potatoes
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) block cream cheese
2 tsp. minced onion
1/2 stick margarine

Preparation

Preheat oven to 395\u00b0.
Potatoes must be hot!
Use mixer to blend all ingredients into potatoes.
Place into buttered casserole dish.
Bake for 35 minutes or until edges brown lightly.
