Irish Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. flour or more if needed
    1 c. water or more (off cooked celery)
    3/4 c. catsup
    1 c. celery
    1 onion
    1 chicken
Preparation
    Cut up chicken, onion and celery into chunks.
    Cook onion, celery and chicken chunks until chicken is done.
    Add 3/4 cup catsup and 1 cup water; mix all together.
    Add flour until mixture thickens.
    Serve over rice.
