Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 potatoes, quartered and peeled
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1/3 c. butter
Preparation
-
Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in bag.
Moisten potatoes with water; place in bag and shake.
Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Turn once.
