Sausage And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. sausage, cooked, drained and cooled
10 to 12 eggs
Preparation

Put half of cheese in greased 2 or 3-quart casserole.
Combine sausage, sour cream, dry mustard, paprika and salt.
Spread over grated cheese.
(This can be done a day ahead.)
Beat eggs and pour over sausage mixture.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes (until brown on edges and eggs are set).
Serves 10 to 12.
