Fried Fudge Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    butter (size of walnut)
    1 can Carnation milk, divided in half
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    This takes stirring continuously very hard.
    Not easy to make, but the effort is well worth it.
    Melt 1 cup of sugar.
    Add 1/2 can of Carnation
    milk.
    Stir until melted.
    Add another cup of sugar.
    Stir until melted.
    Add rest of the milk.
    Stir well.
    Add last cup of sugar and stir to soft ball stage.
    Beat and add vanilla and nuts last.
    Pour into buttered pan.
    Cool and cut into pieces.
    It's best to use large, iron skillet, if you have one.
