Easy Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box white cake mix
    3 eggs, separated
    1 stick softened butter
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. soda, dissolved in buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix cake mix, egg yolks, butter, buttermilk and vanilla with mixer.
    Fold in coconut, pecans and stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Frost with Cream Cheese Icing.
