Spinach Madeline - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. chopped frozen spinach
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. juice off spinach
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    3/4 tsp. celery salt
    3/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (6 oz.) jar jalapeno cheese
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. red pepper or to taste
Preparation
    Cook spinach and drain it; retain liquid. Melt butter on low heat; add flour until smooth but brown. Add onion and cook until soft, then add liquids slowly. Add slowly the seasonings and cheese. Stir together and cook slowly until blended well.
