*Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 sq. chocolate or 3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. hot water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/16 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. coffee cream
Preparation
    Melt chocolate in top of a double boiler.
    Add butter, sugar, salt and hot water.
    Heat until all sugar crystals are dissolved. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Add coffee cream and vanilla.
    Beat well.
    Serve hot over vanilla ice cream.
