New England Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and sliced
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 stick butter, chilled and cut into small pieces
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 F. Butter/spray a baking dish and spread apples along bottom.
Sprinkle with orange juice, apple juice or water.
