Connie'S Barbecue Spareribs From Taiwan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. catsup
    1/2 c. water
    vinegar to taste (about 2 Tbsp.)
    2 lb. country style spareribs
Preparation
    Combine the first 5 ingredients.
    Cut up the spareribs into small pieces; soak overnight in sauce.
    Bake in a shallow pan at 275\u00b0 for about 3 hours, spooning the sauce over the meat occasionally.
    You can also cook quickly at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, if necessary.
