Hamburger Tofu Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 blocks tofu
2 lb. lean hamburger
1 large onion, minced
1 can water chestnuts, minced
5 stalks minced green onions
3/4 c. shoyu
1/3 c. sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
5 eggs
Preparation

Cube into blocks the tofu and line a 9 x 13-inch pan with the tofu.
Saute hamburger; add onion and saute until onion is soft and hamburger is done.
Drain off all oil.
Stir in water chestnuts and minced green onions.
Add shoyu, sugar and garlic and simmer until liquid is absorbed.
Pour meat over the tofu. Beat the eggs and pour over entire meat surface.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 45 minutes until eggs are cooked.
