Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. white rice, uncooked
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    1 can mushrooms, drained (optional)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    oil (for browning)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix first 6 ingredients. Shape into golf ball size. Brown in oil over medium heat.
    Turn frequently until completely browned. Remove from frypan.
    Drain oil.
    Prepare soup per can instructions.
    Place meatballs in frypan.
    Cover with soup mixture.
    Heat over low flame 15 minutes.
    Serve atop noodles or over rice.
