Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 green peppers
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 medium onion
    2 boxes Spanish Minute rice
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/3 c. water
    1 can stewed tomatoes, chopped
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) bag grated cheese
    6 Tbsp. salsa sauce
    sugar to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck with onion, garlic and pepper to taste; set aside.
    Brown rice in margarine.
    When brown, add water, packages from rice mix, 1/2 cheese, salsa sauce and ground chuck.
    Mix together; bring to boil, then lower and cover.
    Simmer until done. Stuff parboiled peppers and arrange in a 9 x 13-inch pan with any extra stuffing.
    Sprinkle top with the rest of the cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
