Potluck Lasagne(Lasagne Roll-Ups) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sweet Italian sausage (I use 1/2 sweet and 1/2 hot from Howies)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 crushed garlic clove
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 2/3 c. water (I substitute about 1/2 c. red wine for the water)
    1 tsp. oregano leaves
    1/2 tsp. basil leaves
    1/2 tsp. crushed rosemary
    2/3 c. (10 oz. pkg.) cooked and thoroughly drained, frozen, chopped spinach
    2 c. (1 pt.) Ricotta cheese
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    10 cooked, drained lasagne noodles
Preparation
    Remove casings from sausage and crumble.
    Brown sausage with onion and garlic in a deep saucepan.
    Pour off excess fat.
    Add tomato paste and tomato sauce, water (wine), oregano, basil and rosemary.
    Cover and boil gently for 20 minutes.
