Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c sugar
1-1/2 c oil
3 c flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1-1/2 tsp baking soda
1 c pineapple, crushed
2 c ripe bananas, mashed
1 c crushed nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar, and oil in mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
Add flour, salt, cinnamon and baking soda, beating until smooth.
Stir in pineapple with juice, bananas and nuts.
Pour into greased tube pan.
Bake for 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool in pan for several minutes, turn upside on wire rack to cool completely.
