Lemon Cream Cheesers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c quick-cooking rolled oats
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 8 oz pkg of soft cream cheese
    1/3 c sugar
    1 egg
    2 tsp grated lemon rind
    1 Tbsp lemon juice
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients, mix until crumbly.
    Press half of mixture into bottom of ungreased 8 or 9 inch square pan.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Beat until smooth and creamy.
    Pour over crust.
    Top with remaining crumb mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Cool, cut into bars.
    These freeze well.
