Cherry Cheese Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/3 c. confectioners sugar
    1 egg, separated
    1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    1 1/2 c. cherry pie glaze (optional)
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk and vanilla until smooth. Save 2 rectangles of crescent dough and arrange the other 12 triangles (on 13 or 15-inch round pan) with points in center. Leave points loose and push dough together to form circle.
