Cold Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 tomatoes
3 medium zucchini, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 green pepper, quartered
1 large onion, quartered
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. dried cumin
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation

In a food processor, combine tomatoes, green pepper, zucchini, celery, onion, lemon, basil and cumin.
Process with on/off turns until smooth.
Serve chilled.
Serves 6.
