Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1 diced onion
    2 lb. ground beef or chuck
    32 oz. spaghetti sauce
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    8 to 10 lasagna noodles
    3 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. basil leaves
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Brown garlic, onion and beef in oil and drain. Add spaghetti sauce, water, sugar, salt, pepper, oregano and basil to beef and simmer 30 minutes.
