Chicken With Garlic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    40 cloves garlic
    1/2 dry white wine
    1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Brown chicken in butter and olive oil.
    Add 40 cloves of garlic and saute over very low heat until garlic is semi-transparent.
    Do not brown garlic as it often causes bitterness.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Pour in wine and stock and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with remaining sauce.
    Serve with rice and tossed salad.
