Truffle Mice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1 c. finely crushed chocolate wafers
    1/3 c. confectioners sugar
    Gold or Silver Shot sliced almonds
    black licorice whips
Preparation
    Melt chocolate in a double boiler, stirring constantly; remove from heat.
    Blend in sour cream.
    Add wafer crumbs; mix well. Chill for 1 hour or until firm.
    Roll by teaspoonfuls in confectioners sugar.
    Shape into an oval for body of a mouse. Place 2 gold or silver shot candies for eyes, 2 almonds slices for ears and desired length of licorice whip for tail.
