Pie Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 3/4 c. Crisco
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt, sugar and Crisco.
    Using pastry mixer or knives, cut into pea sizes.
    Add egg, vinegar and water.
    Blend. Refrigerate until needed.
    Makes 3 or 4 pie shells.
