Baked Reuben Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    salt and pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
    4 slices Swiss cheese
    1 1/4 c. Thousand Island salad dressing
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In a greased baking pan, place chicken and season with salt and pepper.
    Spoon sauerkraut evenly over each chicken breast.
    Place a slice of cheese over each breast and pour salad dressing over cheese.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is done.
