Tennessee Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 9-inch pie shell
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. cooked mashed potatoes
    pecan topping
    2 Tbsp. melted butter (use real butter)
    1/4 c. dark brown sugar, packed
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Preparation
    Mix well before applying to pie.
    Let cool.
