Sherbet Cookie Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 qt. sherbet, softened
    1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
    1 c. lemon flavored cookies, crushed
    1/3 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine flour, brown sugar and butter.
    Pat mixture into bottom of cake pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Remove from oven and crumble with fork.
    Pat into pie pan.
    Pack sherbet on top of cooled crust.
    Combine thawed Cool Whip, cookies and nuts. Blend thoroughly.
    Spread over top of pie.
    Freeze for several hours or overnight.
    Serves 6.
