Harolyn'S Breakfast Egg Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 doz. eggs, beaten
1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained well
1 small can green chilies, diced
1 lb. Colby-Jack cheese
1 small can evaporated milk
Preparation

Mix all the ingredients; pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan, either greased or sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve with warm flour tortillas and picante sauce or your favorite salsa.
Good for company.
