Pineapple Coconut Pie (Makes 2 Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can pineapple (undrained, or use large can and some of the juice for more pineapple flavor)
    2 c. coconut
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 stick butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 pie crusts (unbaked)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in order by hand.
    Pour into two unbaked shells and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
