Tangy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. dried tarragon, crumbled
    1 tsp. salt
    3 lb. chicken (white or dark, your choice)
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/3 c. lemon juice*
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 large garlic clove, minced
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    * Orange juice is good, too.
