Cookie Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 stick butter
1 c. water
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Sift together flour and sugar.
Boil together cocoa, butter, water and Crisco oil.
Pour over sugar and flour.
Stir well and add buttermilk, eggs (slightly beaten), salt, soda and cinnamon. Mix well. Pour in greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Start making icing 5 minutes before cake is done.
